Outcome: Analyze controversial elements of grading systems, thinking specifically about the impact on student motivation.

Outcome: Create a purpose statement to guide their grading practices, focusing specifically on the goal impact on the student experience.

Develop a process of record-keeping organized by learning outcomes, has room for multiple attempts, and values growth to create a meaningful foundation.

Outcome: Develop/refine a record-keeping system that includes an emphasis on learning outcomes and space for growth.

Aligning assessments to learning outcomes in a way that is agile and responsive to allow us to better meet student needs. 

Outcome: Participants will construct an assessment plan that incorporates varied assessment practices that are clearly linked to learning outcomes.

Outcome: Create a portfolio for student feedback and develop new strategies for how they provide that feedback.

Outcome: Make a plan/template for how to provide students with data about their own learning, using that to spur meaningful student conferences.
